I’ve been an entrepreneur for over 20 years. I’ve built businesses that worked.. and businesses that didn’t.
For a long time, I couldn’t figure out why. I was doing the work. Showing up. Trying everything.
But it felt like circling.. and a vicious cycle of guessing in a state of burn out. Working hard but not seeing the return.
Eventually, I realized there’s a structure behind what actually works.. A method to the madness. And when that structure is missing, nothing else holds.
I wish I had this when I was building my first business.
